Occasionally, there will be problems with your home that require the attention of our service department. In order to expedite solutions, we ask for you to make a “punch list” of any problems you may encounter during the first 30 days of living in your new home. At the end of the 30-day period, please fax, mail, phone or email your list to our service department immediately. Please be as precise about the problems as possible, as this will enable us to obtain the necessary materials and schedule the appropriate service technician.
Please make sure to arrange for someone to be at home for the service to be performed. Failure to have someone present to admit the service technician will result in a service fee of $50.00, and no future appointment will be rescheduled until this fee has been paid.
